I was very impressed with Lee's Summit Honda. The owner came up and talked with us as we were waiting for paper work. It made me feel like they wanted my business and cared about me as a buyer, unlike Frank Ancona Honda.

Great buying process

This is the 3rd car I have bought here, my salesman is Eric Zents. One of the very best I have bought from. Eric knows the product very well, is easy to work with, and has sense of humor. The financial part went well, Eric spent time going over features, and is always available to answer any questions. The Pilot I bought was clean, and ready to go. The service department is very professional, and knows the car well, resulting in accurate repairs. I feel Hondas are very reliable because they are well engineered, and a good dealer will maintain the car for long service.

From the moment I walked in I was impressed. They made my first car buying experience more than painless, but pleasant. They really went the extra mile to get me what I wanted and made me feel important. The facilities are comfortable and clean, and everyone was friendly. Joe was a former student of mine so I could certainly give him an A for scheduling of the oil change and the maintenance on our CRV. Evan was excellent....the first greeter.......he is so polite to everyone! But always the A+ goes to Chris who is always professional, caring, and has time to talk! Another customer and I were talking and Chris is her favorite too! We think he should have a raise but maybe these positive comments will raise his spirits today. LS Honda is my favorite........you all seem to care about your customers!!! And thanks for the free car wash........James is a former student too!!! See you even give us a chance to say good things!

I was very pleased with how James found me an opportunity for a new Honda and then helped to expedite the process and paperwork to make the entire lease very quick and pain free. Jim Bethel called to thank me for purchasing my Honda. On the scale questions I give them all a 5 as I was very pleased with the entire process of my purchase. At this time my car is free from any mechanical problems. Jim did an excellent job of explaining all the features of the car like blue tooth and helping to set all of it up for me! Just want to make note that I LOVE Lee Summit Honda!! I was put through in less than 30 minutes for an oil change! Only cost me 31 bucks and they didn't try to push me to buy anything or pressure me to fix something on my car that I didn't come for! Just plain and simple and kind! Kindness is the most powerful tool in business! Thank you! I may even blog about the experience! I usually review restaurants but you may see yourselves on there next time!
